Harrier Talent Solutions named RPO of the Year at the Seek Sara awards
15 November 2019: Australian-owned total talent business Harrier Talent Solutions has been named Best RPO Provider at the 2019 Seek Sara Awards.
Introduced for the first time in 2019, the RPO of the Year award recognises Harrier Talent Solutions for excellence in employer branding, delivering innovative and efficient RPO solutions, executing effective business partnerships and driving superior candidate engagement.
Commenting on a recent employer brand strategy, the judges said: “HTS demonstrate a thorough brand strategy discovery, design and execute methodology. The comprehensive detail showcases the various targeting strategies used to market the client’s brand in a competitive landscape.”
HTS’ approach to client partnership and innovation also stood out, with the judging panel commending the team for delivering high calibre solutions that have immediate impact on cost and user experience, overcoming issues that many large organisations and competitors still grapple with.
