Kelly Quirk, Harrier Group CEO, recognised as one of the world’s 50 most influential female talent leaders for 5th consecutive year.

18 November 2019: Kelly Quirk, CEO of Australian total talent business Harrier Group, parent company of Harrier Talent Solutions, has been named by Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) as one of the top 50 most influential and respected female talent leaders in the world for the fifth consecutive year.

SIA, an independent global advisor on staffing and talent management, has again placed Kelly in both the Global Power 150 and Women in Staffing Power 50 lists, honouring her long-standing contribution to the global talent management industry. One of the few business owners and one of only three Australian-based leaders to feature, Kelly is recognised for her deep sector expertise and leadership within the Asia-Pacific region, where she has transformed a boutique Perth-based resourcing company into one of the region’s fastest growing and most respected total talent businesses.

Commenting on her achievement, Kelly said: “It’s wonderful to be recognised by SIA again this year.  As a leader, I am hugely inspired by the positive impact Harrier Group has had in the region and, as we continue to grow and evolve, we’ll maintain our strong focus on the Australian market where our team offers customers unmatched knowledge of the local talent landscape.”

Founded in 2007 in Western Australia, Harrier has a proud reputation for best-practice recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) solutions, complemented by managed services programs (MSP), talent consulting, technology advisory and recruitment project capability.  Having enjoyed impressive year on year growth under Kelly’s leadership, the business supports customers across Australia, and in a wide range of industries including mining, energy, government, education, banking, healthcare and retail.

In the last 12-months, Harrier has been named in Everest Group’s global Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) Services PEAK Matrix™ Assessment and featured in HRO Today Baker’s Dozen awards for RPO delivery, the only Australian and privately-owned business to be included in either of these rankings.

Kelly said: “I’m very proud of our team and look forward to further developing our business and our capability, and to continue supporting Australian businesses to navigate critical talent challenges.”
