# Harrier awarded another of the top four RPO contracts in Australia

**October 13, 2014:** Harrier Human Capital has won a national RPO contract for major Australian retailer Coles Group.

With implementation completed at the end of June, Harrier has already embedded teams within Coles’ business, with sourcing and talent acquisition specialists based in Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, Brisbane and Perth.

Commenting on the new partnership, Harrier CEO Kelly Quirk said: “We are delighted to be working with Coles, an iconic Australian brand. We look forward to working with the Coles team to transform their current talent acquisition approach and deliver a new model that will support the businesses exciting and aggressive growth plans.”

Harrier will be managing recruitment of the retail giant’s 1,200+ store support centre positions, as well as hundreds of leadership positions in supermarkets across the country. The contract award solidifies Harrier’s growth and expansion from Western Australia into the eastern markets, with Harrier now delivering two of the four largest enterprise RPOs in the country.
