Jodie Choyce leads a team that comprises sourcing specialists in our Perth head office, project recruiters embedded on client sites and our Shared Service Centre in Manila. Wherever they’re located, her high performing and experienced team provides our clients with a highly scalable, agile solution that can complement both their existing internal recruitment teams and onsite Harrier talent acquisition models to support seasonal peaks, recruitment projects or specific campaign recruitment.

Jodie is an experienced client relationship management and talent acquisition professional with over 12 years’ tenure in the UK and Australian markets. After completing a BA Hons in Business Studies at Bournemouth University and travelling the world, Jodie settled in Perth, Western Australia. In 2005, she joined international recruitment agency Michael Page and was quickly recognised for her ability to develop strong client networks and relationships. Before long Jodie had launched three new divisions for the agency, including Administration, Accounts and HR.

From here she joined Harrier as Resourcing Director specialising in the recruitment of HR and procurement professionals. With Harrier’s continued focus on RPO our Sourcing Hub proposition evolved and, enabling us to utilise Jodie’s experience in establishing new teams, she moved to her current role delivering the unbundled recruitment solutions that are so highly valued by our clients.

Jodie’s success comes from creating a collaborative environment for her team members while encouraging them to achieve the best outcomes for clients and candidates alike.
