With a passion for service delivery and operational excellence, Mel Nosworthy, Head of Service Delivery and Customer Performance for Harrier Talent Solutions, is primarily focused on driving performance efficiency within our client solutions, as well as overall leadership of the Sourcing Hub and the Project Delivery Team. These teams provide a highly scalable, agile solution to complement existing internal recruitment teams and onsite Harrier talent models, supporting seasonal peaks, recruitment projects or specific campaign recruitment.

With over 20 years’ experience as a talent acquisition leader and HR practitioner, Mel has operated within a range of industries, including financial and professional services, government, defense, engineering, energy and resources and technology. She has spent the last 12 years delivering complex RPO and consulting solutions, both local and global, leading onsite and offshore teams.

Key to her success in driving improved performance for our clients is her experience of solution implementation and global performance measurement metrics across large sector aligned teams. She uses this to drive best practice across our accounts, share innovations and ensure our clients are receiving the best possible ROI in relation to the services we deliver.
