Harrier wins Myer project RPO
June 21, 2016: Harrier Talent Solutions has been engaged by Australia’s largest department store, Myer, to deliver a project recruitment process outsourced solution (RPO) in NSW.
Myer’s high profile strategic transformation commenced with the overhaul of its store in Warringah’s Westfield Mall on Sydney’s exclusive northern beaches. Harrier was selected as the preferred partner to deliver the recruitment for all non-management roles in advance of the store opening in October 2016.
This contract with Myer continues Harrier’s expansion on the east coast, following CEO Kelly Quirk’s relocation to Sydney at the beginning of the year. “As one of the few RPO providers currently experiencing growth in Australia, Sydney and Melbourne continue to be key to the future direction of Harrier. I am delighted that we’re already seeing success with the award of another exciting contract with such an iconic Australian brand,” Quirk says. “The Warringah transformation is of great strategic importance to Myer and Harrier is pleased to have been selected as their partner in talent acquisition.”
The project RPO covers the recruitment of up to 160 roles in Myer’s new store.Harrier was recently announced as a recipient of a WA Business News Rising Star Award and as winner of the Professional Services and City of Perth Strategic Alliance categories at the 40under40 Awards in Perth. Kelly was also personally honoured as a 40Under40 winner.
