This university is a leading tertiary education provider teaching over 53,000 students each year and ranking in the top 1% of the world’s universities. Critical to the success of our client’s new agile and proactive talent acquisition function was underpinning it with the right technology.

Harrier was engaged to develop an intuitive solution with the functionality required to deliver a seamless end-to-end recruitment process and comprehensive data and analytics to support strategic talent decisions.

#### Key outcomes

Harrier’s specialist technology consulting team developed a technology strategy for the University’s talent function, integrating a contemporary ATS solution with as comprehensive talent technology ecosystem.

We executed a flawless implementation of the ATS and tech stack, and delivered a thorough continuous improvement plan to ensure that the University’s new talent technology would meet their strategic objectives into the future. 

Significant cost savings were achieved through vendor procurement and negotiation and in-house tech deployment.
