Success or Significance

What is success? For some, it may be earning a 6-digit salary. For others, it may be having a glamorous job title. Others are looking to build their dream house. Long story short, it is subjective. However, many of us re-evaluated success during the pandemic, moving in a similar direction.

People are now looking for a meaningful purpose. In most cases, they seek to be positive change agents. This is what makes the concept of significance more important than ever before. But what exactly are success and significance? How are they different? And most importantly, are they mutually exclusive?
