Harrier Group appoints Delwyn Rayson as Head of People and Culture

June 8, 2020: Harrier Group today announce the appointment of Delwyn Rayson as Head of People and Culture.

Ms. Rayson joined Harrier in February 2014, responsible for leading talent acquisition for Harrier Talent Solutions and for our customer accounts.  In January 2015 she was promoted to Partner, People and Culture, taking on a broader role that included consulting to Harrier’s clients, supporting a wide range of people projects and initiatives, with a focus on employee experience and inclusion. 

In July 2018 Ms. Rayson was promoted again to Senior Partner, Human Resources and Talent, shifting her focus to the launch of Harrier’s talent solutions business and the evolution of the company’s human resources framework and people strategies.

Acting CEO Zain Wadee said: “Delwyn has been with Harrier for over six years, during which time she has been instrumental in shaping our strong, values-based business, and creating a culture where our people can thrive.

Del has been an integral part of our leadership group for some time now, and it is my absolute pleasure to formally promote her to Head of People and Culture.”

Based in Perth, Ms. Rayson will continue to design and execute Harrier’s people strategies, as well as support talent solutions customers to develop people experience, performance and mobility strategies.  She said: “It has been wonderful to be part of Harrier’s journey and evolution over the last six years.  We have achieved some incredible milestones and developed a team of truly exceptional industry professionals.

As a group, we are incredibly passionate about Harrier’s potential in the Australian market, and I’m looking forward to working with our leaders as we emerge from what has been a challenging few months in a strong position for growth.”

Ms Rayson commences in her new role effective today.
