Leading total talent business Harrier Talent Solutions named RPO of the Year
13 November 2020: Total talent business Harrier Talent Solutions has been named RPO of the Year at the TALiNT International Tiara Awards virtual ceremony.
An international judging panel of industry experts, including Charles Cameron, CEO of the RSCA and Geraldine King, CEO of the National Recruitment Federation, recognised Harrier for an innovative approach to delivering customer solutions and proven capability in talent transformation.
Commenting on the win, Harrier’s Chairman David Sourbutts said: “I’d like to thank TALiNT International and the judging panel for their recognition of the great work that Harrier Talent Solutions team does in the recruitment process outsourcing solutions space and in talent strategy and consulting, where they have driven transformation across large and complex businesses where talent was previously an underperforming function.”
Harrier was shortlisted in three categories in the 2020 awards. In addition to winning RPO of the Year, Harrier received accolades for its work in Corporate Social Responsibility and Diversity and Inclusion.
