Harrier appoints Group Head of Marketing

July 27, 2018: Harrier Group today announced the appointment of Kate Beattie to the role of Group Head of Marketing. Reporting to Chief Executive Officer Kelly Quirk, Kate is responsible for overseeing brand, communications, public relations and enterprise bid management, delivering to an aggressive growth strategy.

Ms Quirk said, ”we are delighted to welcome Kate to our leadership team. She brings a unique mix of strategic marketing and HR leadership experience, and will play a pivotal role in strengthening our position as the region’s leading provider of talent solutions.”

Kate has a strong track record in delivering business growth and success within large and complex organisations in Australia, Asia Pacific and Europe. She complements this with recent experience in Australia’s start-up ecosystem as Head of Marketing for an HR technology and consulting firm, developing and taking to market products, services and thought leadership in the gender diversity space.

Kate’s deep experience in HR, RPO and talent, and her innovative approach underpinned by data-led market strategies, are an excellent fit for Harrier as the business expands and matures its services in new markets.

Kate holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree in English Literature and Philosophy from the University of Southampton and is close to completing a Masters of Business (Marketing and Human Resources) at Monash Business School. She is a Certified Professional Member of the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI) and is currently pursuing research opportunities in neurodiversity.
