Harrier Talent Solutions launches a new partnership with AGL

September 11, 2018: Harrier Talent Solutions (HTS) today launches a new enterprise recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) solution with Australian energy provider AGL. AGL is in the process of an organisational transformation program that will uplift capability across multiple systems and processes.  This presented a unique opportunity for HTS to partner closely with AGL and focus our implementation on delivery against AGL’s strategic priorities, crafting a roadmap for success for the transformation period and beyond.

Rebecca Thomas, Head of Implementation and Strategic Partnerships at Harrier said, “It is fabulous to see such a talented group of experienced Talent Acquisition professionals collaborating to bring this solution to life.  The calibre of individuals that will be supporting the AGL account is remarkable and I feel so proud of the team we have brought together.”

Harrier Talent Solutions Managing Director Sue Howse said, “This implementation is a testament to what can be achieved, even in a newly formed partnership, when strong values and cultural alignment exists. It’s been an absolute pleasure to work with the AGL team to bring this solution to life, looking at innovative ways to manage current business challenges whilst building a talent strategy that will support AGL into the future.”

AGL has created a single and streamlined recruitment model across the business to connect AGL’s people with opportunities and attract the best talent.

“We’ve previously had different models across the business, using various suppliers and technologies to deliver recruitment services,” said Chalina Keeble, AGL’s Head of Recruitment.“We now have an enterprise-wide view of all the opportunities available at AGL to help our people progress their careers.”
