Harrier named in HRO Today Baker’s Dozen RPO rankings

22nd November, 2019: Harrier is proud to announce its inclusion in the 2018 HRO Today Baker’s Dozen awards for Recruitment Process Outsourcing delivery. Harrier is the only privately owned business to be included in the Baker’s Dozen APAC Rankings, as well as the only Australian-owned company to be featured across any of the Asia Pacific RPO categories.

The annual rankings are developed from a survey of RPO service buyers and industry experts. Evaluating both the breadth and quality of services the providers offer, the rankings also take into consideration the scope and size of deals delivered on. Alongside a sixth place ranking in the Overall APAC Leaders list, Harrier appeared in the top eight of the Asia Pacific Breadth of Service, Quality of Service and Size of Deal categories.

Commenting on the news, Harrier said: “The Baker’s Dozen awards are one of the most recognised customer satisfaction surveys in the RPO industry, making our inaugural inclusion a significant milestone for Harrier. Our appearance in all four APAC categories reflects the progress our company has made in the Asia Pacific RPO market, an achievement made possible by the talent and dedication of the Harrier team.”

Founded in 2007 in WA, Harrier has long been recognised for best-practice RPO solutions, complemented by MSP, strategic consulting and recruitment project capability. In the last 12-months, Harrier has been named Best RPO Provider by Recruitment International and featured in the Australian Financial Review’s Fast 100 – the 100 fastest growing companies in Australia.

About HRO Today

HRO Today’s Baker’s Dozen Customer Satisfaction Ratings are based solely on feedback from buyers of the rated services.  Feedback is collected annually through an online survey, which is distributed to buyers of RPO services. In order to determine an overall ranking from this data, HRO analyze results across three subcategories: service breadth, deal sizes, and quality. While HRO do not claim their methodology is the only viable ratings program available, HRO does vouch for statistical validity and therefore provides insight to support buyer RFI processes.
