Harrier Talent Solutions welcomes globally experienced talent leader Zain Wadee to its leadership team
Monday 12 August 2019: Harrier Talent Solutions expands its Australian-based leadership team with the appointment of globally experienced and respected talent leader Zain Wadee.
Harrier Talent Solutions, Australia’s largest privately-owned total talent business and part of the Harrier Group, today announced the appointment of Zain Wadee to its leadership team.Joining as Executive General Manager – Operations, Zain has more than twenty years’ leadership experience in the recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) and managed service programs (MSP) market, where he has led significant accounts for major brands across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.Based in Melbourne,
Zain is responsible for Harrier’s RPO and MSP business, including a national portfolio of enterprise and project solutions, Perth-based sourcing hub and shared service centre in Manila. Working in close partnership with Harrier Talent Solutions Founder and CEO Kelly Quirk, Zain will also lead Harrier’s technology and management consulting practices.
Reflecting on the appointment, Kelly said: “We are absolutely delighted to welcome Zain to the team, and to Australia. After an extensive search, we felt strongly that to execute our aggressive growth strategy and continue to delight our existing customers required a depth of experience and capability that was not available in the Australian market.”
Harrier Group has invested considerably in growing and developing the leadership teams of its group businesses over the last two years, including senior appointments in finance, sales, marketing and customer performance. Zain joins Harrier’s senior leadership team from the UK, where he has previously worked for global talent businesses including Manpower, Randstad Sourceright and Hyphen, the Adecco Group’s RPO business; a company that Zain led to achieve growth of over GBP700m before successfully rebranding and relaunching in the EMEA market as Pontoon Solutions.
