Reflecting on the appointment, Kelly said: “We are absolutely delighted to welcome Zain to the team, and to Australia.  After an extensive search, we felt strongly that to execute our aggressive growth strategy and continue to delight our existing customers required a depth of experience and capability that was not available in the Australian market.” Harrier Group has invested considerably in growing and developing the leadership teams of its group businesses over the last two years, including senior appointments in finance, sales, marketing and customer performance.  Zain joins Harrier’s senior leadership team from the UK, where he has previously worked for global talent businesses including Manpower, Randstad Sourceright and Hyphen, the Adecco Group’s RPO business; a company that Zain led to achieve growth of over GBP700m before successfully rebranding and relaunching in the EMEA market as Pontoon Solutions. “Based on recent contract wins, sales pipeline and customer feedback on the quality of our team and service offering, I’m very optimistic about our potential for growth in Australia and Asia Pacific market,” said Kelly. “Zain’s experience leading multi-national teams to deliver large, complex customer solutions and driving growth in a highly competitive market will be instrumental to achieving our ambitions.” Commenting on his appointment, Zain said: “I’m delighted to have been given the opportunity to join Harrier Talent Solutions at such an exciting time in its evolution.
