Kelly Quirk named in Global Power 100 – Women in Staffing list 2016
November 22, 2017: Kelly Quirk, CEO of Harrier Human Capital, has been named by Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) in its Global Power 100 - Women in Staffing list for the second year running.
SIA is an independent global advisor on contingent work, staffing and recruitment. According to SIA's press release, its Global Power 100 list is "comprised of women from all different staffing sectors and is a shout-out to those whose unique vision and contributions take the industry forward, in niche as well as global markets. The final selection is based on the influence and achievements of the women nominated."
Kelly said, "It is a fantastic accolade to be included in the Global Power 100 – Women in Staffing for the second year in a row, especially alongside such an impressive group of women. I wish everyone on the list continued success in their careers and in growing our industry."
Kelly became CEO of Harrier in 2012, leading the boutique organisation from its West Australian roots into a growing business with national presence. 2016 has seen Kelly relocate to Sydney to continue this expansion, resulting in contract wins with clients such as Myer and KinCare, and the soon-to-be-announced acquisition of an east coast business.
November 9, 2017: Total talent management business Harrier Group has today announced the appointment of Vicki Smith as Chief Financial Officer.
Vicki Smith has had an outstanding finance career within the global talent solutions market, commencing her career with KPMG in London as an ACA-qualified accountant and then moving to Alexander Mann Solutions where she was an integral part of the senior leadership team for 9 years supporting their growth, culminating in her appointment as APAC Finance Director. Since leaving, Vicki has held senior leadership roles as the Finance Director for Adecco Australia leading their business transformation and CFO of venture capital-backed social media and sports supplement companies.
