Big things are happening

We’re always keen to meet exceptional talent interested in joining our team. The type of roles we frequently hire include:

Client Directors

Our Client Directors manage strategic and commercial relationships with Harrier’s RPO and MSP clients, responsible for contract delivery and service excellence, and for leading teams of experts to transform how our clients source, hire and retain talent.

If you are a highly accomplished leader with extensive experience in talent acquisition and strong commercial acumen, together with a proven track record in project and executive level relationship management, we’d love to hear from you.

Recruitment Business Partners (RBP)

Reporting to our Client Directors, our RBPs are embedded within our client’s businesses, overseeing the daily running of our service delivery teams.

As an RBP at Harrier, you’ll be the critical interface between our onsite talent acquisition team and our clients’ HR business partners and hiring community – a key relationship management role that is critical to the success of our solutions.  Our RBPs have significant talent acquisition experience couple with demonstrated ability to lead large talent teams.  They are responsible for successfully managing commercial agreements and for designing, preparing and delivering management information and reports to all levels within our client organisations.

Harrier is committed to innovation and continuous improvement, so our RBPs also need to be experienced with process mapping, creating technology workflows and re-engineering recruitment processes for optimum service delivery to make we add value throughout the life of our RPO and MSP contracts.

If you love a challenge, and thrive on seeing strategy and expertise come together to deliver creative, industry-leading client solutions, then please get in touch.

Talent Acquisition (TA) Specialists

Our TA Specialists are experienced end-to-end recruitment professionals, highly skilled in working with process, systems and metrics to deliver expected outcomes to our clients.

Depending on the needs of our contracts some work onsite, embedded into client organisations, whereas others work in a Harrier office, working remotely from their client group. Either way, they all live and breathe their clients’ brands, representing them faithfully to the market. Whether they’ve worked in external agencies or internal talent functions, Harrier’s TA Specialists bring experience, enthusiasm and professionalism to their roles as well as their individual industry or discipline specialities.

Our TA Specialists are able to work autonomously and take accountability for their deliverables, acting as a first point of escalation for their sourcing and administration teammates. Encouraged to bring creative and proactive sourcing strategies and initiatives to the table, our TA Specialists intimately understand their client organisations, their stakeholder groups and the wider market and use this insight to find the best candidates.

Regardless of which client they’re working with, our TA Specialists are expected to be 100% committed to providing excellent hiring manager and candidate care, as well as demonstrate strong teamwork and a professional attitude. In turn, Harrier supports its TA Specialists to develop their discipline exposure and gain experience in proactive sourcing, specialist hiring, project management, volume recruitment and talent pipelining.

Sourcing Specialists

Not every client account needs or has Sourcing Specialists but those that do find this niche role type to be invaluable to their service delivery. Working hand in hand with our TA Specialists, our Sourcing Specialists initiate engagement with both active and passive candidates in the market, engaging them with our clients’ brands and value proposition. Usually bringing a background in end-to-end recruitment, they have strengths in providing bespoke sourcing strategies, building referral networks and nurturing talent pipelines.

Our Sourcing Specialists come into their own when sourcing and attracting candidates for niche and hard to fill roles, but they also need to deliver against our streamlined and defined recruitment process and produce reporting for their areas. With the proven commitment to candidate and client care, strong teamwork and a professional outlook they bring to the role, our Sourcing Specialists also tend to have very strong communication skills and close attention to detail: Like all of us, they often need to manage conflicting priorities and deadlines so these skills come in handy! Typically Sourcing Specialists are advanced users of LinkedIn Recruiter and Seek Premium Talent Search, as well as highly competent with MS Word, Excel and various recruitment systems.

Digital Marketing Specialists

Working within some of our larger TA teams are Harrier’s onsite Digital Marketing Specialists who are charged with delivering talent campaigns aimed at increasing candidate attraction, engagement and retention for our clients.

Often responsible for managing content for internal and external recruitment platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Seek, Indeed, careers websites, industry forums, newsletters and internal resources, they bring their subject matter expertise to ensure their teams are achieving ongoing optimisation of social recruitment tools, posting effective job ads and understanding new product features. They have significant experience in designing, preparing and delivering reports for campaign outcomes, website analytics and recommendations for future sourcing strategies.

With a strong blend of recruitment and marketing experience, our Digital Marketing Specialists are skilled in creative and strategic writing, communication and problem solving. As social media gurus in LinkedIn Recruiter, Facebook, Twitter and Google Analytics they possess an in-depth understanding of social sourcing and channel use. Experienced with basic HTML coding and sound knowledge of SEO and SEM and web technologies, they understand website usability, design and technical specifications and development methodology. Our Digital Marketing Specialists usually possess HR or relevant marketing qualifications and are experienced with project management and recruitment marketing within complex environments.

Reporting Analysts

Some of our client solutions include a Reporting Analyst, a data whizz who is responsible for the measurement of our service delivery against agreed KPIs. This includes the production of standardised reporting, design and creation of dashboards and running of ad hoc reports, which all support our Client Directors to tell the story behind the recruitment data.

Reporting Analysts develop reporting solutions in accordance with standards, formats and timelines that have been agreed by Harrier and our clients. They work closely with the TA Specialists and Administrators in their teams to gather insights on our clients’ employer brand, position in the market, perception of candidates, the success of recruitment and digital campaigns and countless other value-adding data sets. As well as this strategic impact, they provide day-to-day reporting support to various client and Harrier stakeholders, interpreting data and creating weekly, monthly, quarterly reports and dashboards.

Our Reporting Analysts know that their reports can be sent throughout our client organisation, up to c-suite executives in some cases, so they need to understand all elements of the service delivery and work hard to ensure that data is timely and aligned to agreed deliverables. Key to their success in the role, is their ability to present data in a high quality format with accuracy and integrity, whilst juggling competing priorities in fast paced environments.

Reporting Analysts joining us should have an interest and passion for data, be resourceful, adaptable, creative, results orientated, 100% committed to delivery and be true team players.
