Our client offers life improving in-home, personalised health and wellbeing solutions for older Australians and people with a disability. Based in New South Wales, our customer has been helping customers across Australia to live independently for over 25 years.
Harrier was engaged to deliver an urgent project to recruit 50 aged care workers for their WA operations, a new market where our client had no brand awareness.
Challenges included sourcing and hiring candidates with specific language and cultural backgrounds for regional communities, and addressing urgent shortages in key regional locations.
Key outcomes
We designed and delivered a phased assessment centre process to address critical skills shortages and developed robust assessments that aligned talent to our client’s competency framework. We successfully filled all roles, including in all target regional communities, and delivered the project with exceptional candidate and hiring manager feedback.
