Our customer

Our customer operates Australia’s largest private electricity generation portfolio and is an active participant in gas and electricity wholesale markets, delivering services to more than 3.7 million customers and hiring 1,300 people a year.

Following a 7-year RPO contract with another provider, our customer wanted a new approach to talent management that would better align with their brand and successfully position the business as an employer of choice.

Harrier was engaged to design and deliver a contemporary enterprise RPO solution that would achieve a disciplined workforce planning approach and innovative talent acquisition strategy that would enable the business to attract high quality talent reflective of the diverse urban and regional communities that it serves.

Our outcomes
