The solution proposed was our Talent Acquisition as a Service (TAaaS), facilitated by an embedded Talent Acquisition Specialist for a full year. Our specialist worked intimately with their internal team, examining their existing talent assessment process in detail.

We introduced an innovative talent assessment approach, implementing psychometric testing and behavioural interviewing techniques to comprehensively understand candidate suitability beyond their skills and experience.
