# Establishing a Solid Foundation for a Manufacturing Leader's Talent Acquisition

#### Our client

A small player in the **manufacturing** sector found itself grappling with an inefficient and inconsistent recruitment process. With no dedicated Talent Acquisition (TA) function, the responsibility of recruitment fell on the HR Manager and line managers, resulting in delays and inefficiencies.

#### Solution

To address the challenge, we implemented our Talent Acquisition as a Service (TAaaS) solution. We assigned one of our dedicated talent acquisition specialists to the client for a duration of 12 months. The specialist's main role was to establish a standardised recruitment process and alleviate the recruitment-related workload from the line managers and HR Manager.

Our specialist worked closely with the HR Manager to understand the unique demands of their industry and the specific roles. After an initial assessment, we designed a recruitment strategy tailored to their needs, aiming for consistency, efficiency, and quality in hiring.

Through our TAaaS solution, we were able to transform the client's talent acquisition from Level 1 (Fundamental) to Level 2 (Developed). The recruitment process became structured, streamlined, and managed by a dedicated specialist, leading to an improvement in hiring speed, quality of hires, and overall efficiency.
