A small player in the manufacturing sector found itself grappling with an inefficient and inconsistent recruitment process. With no dedicated Talent Acquisition (TA) function, the responsibility of recruitment fell on the HR Manager and line managers, resulting in delays and inefficiencies.
Solution
To address the challenge, we implemented our Talent Acquisition as a Service (TAaaS) solution. We assigned one of our dedicated talent acquisition specialists to the client for a duration of 12 months. The specialist's main role was to establish a standardised recruitment process and alleviate the recruitment-related workload from the line managers and HR Manager.
