Solution

Our Talent Acquisition as a Service (TAaaS) offering was an optimal solution for their ambitious transition. We commenced the engagement with a team of three Talent Acquisition Specialists, augmenting their existing team of 40 TA professionals. As the project developed, the team expanded to 12 specialists over the span of 18 months.

Our specialists worked intimately with their internal teams to understand the unique challenges and opportunities within their deployment process. We focused on streamlining the onboarding process, reducing time-to-productivity, and establishing robust methods for internal talent mobility.
