Our collaboration began with a significant player in the mining and resources sector. They had a fundamental, somewhat traditional approach to identifying talent, relying heavily on job boards and manual screening processes. Solution

Our analysis using the Talent Evolution Framework outlined the path towards an optimised talent identification strategy. To support this transformative journey, we proposed our Talent Acquisition as a Solution (TAaaS).

A dedicated team of four Talent Acquisition Specialists was introduced to the client, embedding on-site across Western Australia and Queensland for a twelve-month duration. Our team conducted a comprehensive review of their existing talent identification procedures, focusing on the potential use of technology and data to refine their processes.

The outcome was a highly targeted, efficient strategy that leveraged sophisticated data analytics and AI tools for talent identification. We introduced a comprehensive Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to streamline the recruitment process, along with advanced screening tools to ensure the quality of talent identified.
