Harrier delivered project recruitment services with a dedicated on-site team to ramp-up of resources for South Flank, in Australia’s Pilbara region.

In addition to meeting an ambitious mobilisation plan, we were tasked with achieving 50% female hires and recruiting 13% of the workforce from local Aboriginal communities.

## Gorgon

Harrier delivered project recruitment services to hire all permanent staff required for the design, execution, construction and operation of Gorgon, a $29 billion dollar LNG project, and one of the largest resources consulting in Australian history.

Core to our selection for the project was our strong understanding of the challenges involved in high volume sourcing in harsh, remote locations with strong competition for quality technical talent.
